This is the 3rd Annual London Gin Festival in London and they plan to make it the biggest Gin Festival in the UK ever! The festival returns to the magnificent Tobacco Dock with more than 100 gins (including many new exclusives gins) new brands, cocktails, and masterclasses from industry experts! The festival will be from the 17th to the 19th of February, three entire days dedicated to championing this delicious drink. Advance booking is essential.

MAGICAL LANTERN FESTIVAL
The Magical Lantern Festival - an annual event to mark the end of Chinese New Year - returns to the stunning setting of Chiswick House and Garden for a second year. Come down and celebrate the Chinese year wandering through a garden of magical lights! The theme this year is the Silk Road; visitors can follow a mini-trail mirroring part of the Road, featuring over 50 dazzling illuminations that will take you through Europe, Egypt, Persia, India, and China. You will also be able to taste exotic delicacies at the street food market or enjoy the pop-up ice bar made entirely of ice. It will be quite an experience!

TEAM LAB: TRANSCENDAL BOUNDARIES
The Tokyo-based cross-disciplinary, techno-focused collective will be creating a series of immersive installations featuring digital works of art that blur and slip into one another. The exhibition will explore the role of digital technology in transcending the physical and conceptual boundaries that exist between different artworks, with imagery from one work breaking free of the frame and entering the space of another. The installations also dissolve distinctions between artwork and exhibition space and involve the viewer through interactivity.

CRAFT BEER RISING FESTIVAL
The Craft Beer Rising festival returns this 2017 to the Old Truman Brewery for the fifth year! Craft Beer Rising has gathered over 150 breweries and some of London’s best street food and put them all in one of Brick Lane’s coolest venue, The Old Truman Brewery, for a blend that’s sure to go down smooth. All these accompanied by cool DJs and great live bands.

They have a grand variety of options including vegan tacos and burritos from the highly rated Club Mexicana, fried chicken from Mother Clucker, seafood from the excellently named Prawnography, nitro-frozen ice cream from Chin Chin Labs, and the ultimate sweet spot You Doughnut!
The drink options are good as well! Back at Hawker House will be The 86, a bonus hidden cocktail bar that's worth seeking out for special drinks and speedier service. Both the markets will run until early spring.

THE SOUTH LONDON SOUL TRAIN
This monthly Peckham party promises 'no bass wobbles, only love, funk, and soul’. The South London Soul Train takes you on a multi-level, non-stop magical mystery tour through all things too damn funky. Expect everything from P-Funk to Jazz Funk, Soul Jazz to Rare Groove N’ Stax, Motown to Club Classics and Anthems.
Level 1 will be hosted by Jazzheadchronic alongside occasional special guests / live bands. Level 2 hosted by legendary DJ's Snowboy and Perry Louis, taking you deep down inside your soul hole!
