To request a restaurant reservation, we need the below details for each booking.

There is a processing fee to manage restaurant reservation requests, this fee is not part of the bill at the restaurant, this is an admin fee for London Lux. The fee is £50 per booking if less than 5 people or £10 per person over 5 people.
We cannot guarantee the booking, but we do have priority over general bookings at our listed restaurants. We require the fee upfront (this applies to new customers), unless you are a regular client then you can transfer the fee to our bank once a booking is confirmed. If we cannot confirm a booking for you, then we will refund the fee back to you. Once a reservation is confirmed, the processing fee is not refundable if cancelled by the customer. We advise requests for weekends to be sent 1 week in advance.
